Getting to Tayangban Cave Pool is accessible via car. Take a drive to Pilar via the Siargao Circumferential Road. Ask locals for directions since Waze is not recommended to get to the place. Be vigilant with the signs, the Tayangban Cave Pool is close to the Pagungwan Marsh.

3. Try Shaka Café’s Smoothie Bowls

The best place to get a power starter is Shaka Café where tourists and locals enjoy stopping by for the place’s smoothie and acai bowls.

Shaka Café is located in General Luna, Surigao Del Norte and is open from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, just in time for the first and last wave of the Cloud 9 surf break. An acai smoothie bowl is a standard order among many locals and tourists which cost about Php 250 to 300 for additional coffee with your shaka bowl.
