Local production companies in Manila including The Sandbox Collective and 9 Works Theatrical collaborate to give its audiences a locally adapted theater experience by Duncan Macmillan. This year, Lungs will be brought to the Philippine stage from September 22 to October 7, 2018.
Lungs is a 90 minute, 2-man play that is rich with dialogue on the struggles of relationships, family, and legacy. It stars Sab Jose and Jake Cuenca is known for their works on Eto Na! Musikal nAPO! and Blood Sisters respectively. Lungs is Cuenca’s theatrical debut and it will be directed by Andrei Nikolai Pamintuan.

Twin Bill Theater presents a fund-raising play called Disgrace, a collaborative and enthralling stage reading by award-winning play Ayad Akhtar. Proceeds from this production event will go to the rehabilitation efforts of Marawi City.
